The coaching programmes consists of:

A system that allows children to learn the sport while having fun. It develops their skills and their confidence.

Juniors (Level 2) approx 8 to 11 years              Monday - 4.30-5.30pm
Learn to master the technique for groundstrokes as well as serve & volley introduction. Also a focus on understanding the points and game system.

Intermediate (Level 3) approx. 12 to 18 years   Monday - 5.30-6.30pm

Junior Club Day

Junior club day is every Saturday from 9.00am to 10.00am and is run by parent volunteers during the summer season (School Terms 1 & 4). This is where players can enjoy match play in a social environment. This allows players to build confidence and prepares them for fun, club or regional games/tournaments and will encourage learning how to score a game. Parents/Guardians are welcome to watch and encouraged to help with Junior Club Day on Saturday mornings. Prior knowledge is not required.
